My old Ford Escort wagon handled like that Astra... when I put snow tires on the back with summer tires on the front. Wheeee!

The stereo, complete with a Basslink was killer as well.

Almost got run down by some douchebags flogging an ST around the plant today. Too bad they didn't hit me, I could have been talking to a lawyer to sue the hell outta FoMoCo.

Ford and Vauxhall have been battling it out for decades and that test has some significant meaning. Ford usually are down on power but up on handling and chassis refinements. It appears they've lost that edge which would make the Focus a comparatively poor buy.
Also I believe the Astra sits on a global platform which is/will be available here.

Of course it was a new one.

Not sure when they're getting the Ok to ship On them. It was a supply issue. It's ok now.
