This was in the newbies section under subaru turbo list.

Blouch TD05H-16G
(275-330whp, Bolt-On)
Perfect for your 350 HP WRX project, the TD05H-16G features the efficiency of the Mitsubishi 16G compressor wheel combined with the lightning quick response of the TD05H turbine in an internally gated 7cm2 nozzle area turbine housing. Like all of our WRX/STI bolt on upgrades, the TD05H-16G is shipped complete with coolant pipes and turbo oil drain tube installed to simplify installation. The turbo is equipped with a standard wastegate actuator calibrated at 9 PSI and optional upgrade actuators are available in incremental pressures from 10 PSI to 19 PSI. The WRX TD05H-16G custom performance turbocharger is a direct bolt on upgrade and requires no modification to intake, exhaust, oil and coolant connections for installation.
Expect to achieve full boost with the proper mods and a quality tune between 3300-3800rpms. 2002-2005 WRX owners will need fuel upgrades for this turbocharger and proper engine management is highly recommended for all vehicles.
Purchase $700

Default TD04 to TD05 swap

Have you aleady replaced the stock uppipe and downpipe?

Larger injectors, higher capacity fuel pump, STi intercooler, and a good tune.

well the 20g is bigger than the turbo u first listed so ur intercooler will be a limiting factor if its still the stock setup.

Also like stated before the fuel supply will need increasing... injectors and pump are a must if u wanna push good numbers.

The sti exhaust manifold will be enough for now but u might want to upgrade in the future to see bigger gains.
If ur tuning the car urself u can do it in stages and make the map changes urself... if ur not the best tuner or want a good shops name on ur tune then maybe save up and do it all at once so they dont charge u for 3 tunes

yea well i was just thinking hey its not to hard to bolt on a new manifold and up pipe and i wasnt sure if the turbo would blow my car up or not with out any other mods first. I have been looking for a shop to give my car a nice tune but i dont know any in the area, and when you say tune do you mean take the ECU and get it updated pretty much?
