ask your tuner. we cant answer that question because we dont know what you want. everyone has their own ideas on what is best to spend $ on. may as well spend it on something the person doing the tuning will be able to make use of.

maybe buy some commas... though i think they're free, so no need to skimp on them.

i didn't notice a fuel pump in that list... what about cams and also upgraded valvetrain, port and polish, phenolic spacers, or whatever else your tuner deems relevant and necessary. swaybars and endlinks are always a nice upgrade too.

I'm gonna hop on the "ask your tuner" bandwagon.

wow, really? JDM balla here! until you see pics of the car, keep your mouth shut son.

OP, pocket the 1k for extras that will more than likely arise as the build progresses.

Build is complete all I need is to tune it, I've got my base tune ready I just don't wanna tune it and turn around and have to retune. As far as the ghetto half passed stuff, I don't do shi like that if I'm gona do it I'm doing it right, there is a total of two zip ties on my car right now and those are just to keep my remote and RCA's from sagging. So that's covered

Thanks those of you tat have actually posted legit Responses, personally I have been leaning towards either suspension, possibly larger valves and springs with a p&p to be ready for some cams or just kinda blow in the money on stupid little pretty parts (aka rear ddiffusorr, chin spoiler and whatnot)

If I did decide to go suspension, all I have done are coilovers and camber plates and the bushing mentioned above, what elose might you suggest?

What is the free caster mod? And my goals... well its my DD but I have another vehicle to Drive if/when this one goes down. I do some autocross, prolly once every 1-2 months I go out to the drag strip every few weeks just for fun and next year I'm going to start road racing (on a track not the street!) Sooo road raceable is prolly my biggest priority. Power wise I am about where I wanna be maybe just a little more, idk about the suspension I just did the coilovers and bushings when I did the rebuild so since it isn't completely tuned I haven't done more than drive it around the neighborhood for 20-30 minutes so idk exactly how my suspension stacks up yet.

I've got another motor sitting spare, only difference between this and that is the rods.

The fuel rails came on the car so the weren't my pick but personally I haven't had any issues with them. But I will deff. keep an eye on em I didn't know that

I would do a bowl blend and gasket match on the heads but you'd probably have to pull the engine so at this point you might just wanna hold on to the money for when you car breaks down. Good luck!

I have heard a lot of people switching to an aem or a motek, what kind of features do those have that the stock ecu with access port don't have and visa versa
