Default Need help with my Cobb v2 (error code 4.212000v)

So I just got a Cobb accessport ap-sub-001 v2 from a member on this forum. Everything works fine with the Cobb and it has all the connectors and cables. It also has the most up to date software too. When I go to install it correctly according to the Cobb site it all works fine until the accessport goes to load the map I've chosen. I end up getting a red circle with the line through it and it has a code at the bottom of the screen (4.212000v) I've been told by a friend this is a voltage issue? How can this be fixed? Thanks for all the help

Car:02 wrx
Cobb:ap-sub-001
Mods:K&N CIA, Perrin 3" cat back exhaust

Thanks for the input everyone.

There is a particular voltage range in which the ECU is able to be reflashed. If you are outside of this range, the flash process will quit. Try turning off all accessories when you go to flash. Unplug GPS/cell phone charger/radar detector and turn off headlights, radio, and climate control.

If it fails, try it again a few more times. Sometimes you can get it to go after a few times.
