Okay, lets move on

There are valve lifters from Subaru Canada which cost me over 2 weeks ordering and shipping. But your guys dont underestimate this. My head combo is BC valve with GSC power division 272 cam. In this case, for some reasons, the valve clearance is unbelievable huge which will be shown in the pictures.

Comparason with stock Spec-C cam

These are the actual size I need based on measurement of valve clearance.

These are part numbers which i got them from STI factory Manual

There are new valve lifters

New lifters in

Cams in

All the clearances are perfectly standards. Inlet clearances are all .2mm, exhaust clearances are all .25mm.

Okay Lets move on

Custom fabricated fuel rails and brackets

The problem is im running spec-c non-tgv long manifold runner. but brackets I have are made based on tgv version. So from the picture you can easily spot the difference. i'd like to make this point as reference to help other people who is going to fit fuel rail on.

Then I made new bracket for non-tgv only.

And the problem about grimmspeed 8mm manifold gasket. In the picture, I can tell the alumium water pipe of spec-c engine is different from usdm or eudm. So I need to cut the edge of gasket a little bit and make it fitted.

Okie dokie, lets build

Everything is in place, gasket, throttle body, fuel rails, injectors and hoses. Some harnesses need to be redirected and rewired.
