As I promised one of my best friend on Nasioc, here I come.

Being prepared for half year, now, Im going to do some serious builds---To build a Street use & Track prepared & HellaFlushed scooby.

Straight to the topic I sent my scooby to my trusted shop to strip everything out. This step was running very smooth. Sorry about ****ty iphone pics.

Exterior are all off

My plan is:
Week 1: Strip down everything on the car, engine, tranny, whole interior and exterior, harnesses, a/c, abs pump, brake pump & line and so on.
Week 2: Tack weld the shield as FIA standard.
Week 3: Weld rollcage as group-N standard, referring this link:
http://www.race-dezert.com/forum/sho...lass-STI-Build
Week 4: Paint engine bay, cabin and boot. white, green, whatever. im not decided yet. And anti rust as another important part of this build.
Week 5 & 6: Tow the welded shield back to shop, everything will be back in, including new brakes, new rims (if Rota dont delay this time), ALK, RCK, new pulley, new clutch, new bushings (whole chasis) , new timing belt, new alternator & radiator covers, and some other bits.
Week 7: Wheel alignment, engine bay detailing, cabin detailing, proper polish

In the end: Poject done.

My old cage is made from Nardi and its pre-made-bolt-in one. I got bored with it. my new project is custom one, maybe 20+point weld-in one. I let you know when I start to do it.
