Default 2nd Radiator Fan not working? (A/C Delete)

95 EJ20G. RS radiator/RS fans. No a/c,but I have the a/c plugs.

I was told that there was a way for me to use my existing a/c wiring to toggle the 2nd radiator fan on/off. Anyone know anything about this? As of now the fan just doesn't do anything.

conversely, I was also told that if you press the A/c button and turn the fan to MAX it will still work in the absence of a/c compressor.

I would also be curious if there is any truth to what you were told. However I find second hand, and third hand information to be excessively useless bordering on a massive waste of time.

Documentation or specific direct technical quote from source OR its just a waste of time.

So how do I get my 2nd radiator fan to work?

First verify that its not just a dead rad fan. Try swapping them. Right to left - left to right.
