When does it happens? does it happen when your car is moving or ?? because sometimes my car does that when it is stopped... its like it was gonna stall on itself...

it mostly happens when the engine is cold. seems like hesitation but it literally shakes the hell out of the car. it's a manual tranny and yes i know how to drive a clutch.

I have the same problem, no matter how much of an effort you put in to make the shift "easier"..nothing helps. I've noticed it's the worst when going in to 1st gear.

Do you mean sitting at idle, driving at low speed/rpm, or high speed/rpm?
My 01RS shudders a little bit at idle as the ECU constantly adjusts the amount of fuel delivered, trying to ride the perfect line between lean/rich.
Shaking at low speed/rpm (ie. bucking car effect when crawling in rush hour traffic) is normal too in most MT car, because just a little gas is enough to create a large percentage change in RPM. The trick here is to be very smooth and gentle with the gas pedal.
Shaking at higher speeds (20mph+) or rpms may be a tire out-of-round or something like that. Take a good look at each tire and make sure there are no "bubbles" or "bumps" in the tread or sidewall. Also check your suspension to make sure nothing is broken.
