Do you take your front lip off or does it hold?

Well.... 2 years ago I had an authentic v-limited lip and it did not fair well in the large amount of snow we received that year (we usually don't get tons of snow but a fair amount) and it broke.. I replaced it with a JNA Performance V-Limited Replica lip (in the picture) and it has held up last year and I'm not planning on taking it off this year.

Edit: It also depends on how well you have fastened it to the bumper. I fastened it pretty well (Thanks to the help of Louie)

gahhh i want to run 15x6-7 enkei RC-G4's or speedline 2118's with a winter tire for my winter setup. but since my car is going to be a rally car theme, i want to run em all year. BUT THERES NO GOOD TIRES that fit/look good with it

tempted to just say **** it and get winters anyway.

It's not a photo of my Impreza in winter mode, but here is a photo of the conditions (I had the longest commute at the time, and was one of only 4 people who made it in to work):

I'm going for the same look, can't find any good tires besides really bald dirtfish tires I could buy

04 STi + ugly stockers + Hakkapeliitta 2's (on their 5th year of use n still going strong)
This is actually the snow on the hood that fell on it and dented it, and pushed me into my bugeye front end swap...

04 BBS W/Hankook Ice Bears, not as good as Blizzaks but still decent.

Last Sunday at Sundance:

I bought the wheels with the snow tires on them, I'm gonna get some summer tires and keep the BBS's on throughout the whole year.
