Default up for a bike (motorcycle) ride

I believe I will be riding the duck to Colorado at the end of August, anyone up for a brisk ride up and down some mountains? If I don't bring the bike, I should be in the subey... BTW it will be the weekend of the 24th...

Well since the ducati is a monter 900 i'm not talkin about knee draggin canyon runs as much as spirited faster than would be considered safe by most...

a bandit 600, while it would have a hell of a time keeping up with the duck would probably suffice for the most part :P

I'm down. My tlr1000 could certainly "hang" with your 900. There are a bunch of canyon runs right outside of boulder.-send me a pm when you want to ride-john

yes... yes I do.... and nick is still the most death defying drive I know.

the TLR1000 isn't quite the same class as the duck, quite frankly will trash me on the twisties, but 0-140 I'll give ya a run for the money :P At least you were smart and bought a twin not a 4banger crotchy.... like diz boy there ;P

I'm down. the R1 is waiting for a challenge. There is a great canyon ride in boulder or we could head up to blackhawk.

alright let's clarify here... :P the ducati monster is NOT a pocket rocket canyon leaper.... it's a BAD ASS bike but not in a million years is it gonna keep up with an R1 or a TLR1000s - I will however make dave look stoopid in his subey, no matter how fast it is ;P

I'd love to head out toward estes, back up 72 to nederland, 119 to golden gate, and down golden gate. makes for about a 75 mile run give or take i think we can crank it out in 50 minutes or so hehe

IF we can move my girl in ONE trailer rather than a moving van and a trailer I might be bringing the subey, then it's on like donkey kong... all out subey up and down the canyon drive... me and diz got a score to settle, no cops this time k paul?

Default okay bummer

Because my fiance has too many bottles of bath and body works stuff, I will be driving our F-250 V10 up there, not quite the canyon bike, OR a subaru - It willhowever tow a trailer and get 10mpg towing or not. So is anyone planning anything for NEXT weekend i'd like to at least SEE a few subies ;P
