You got the knock block too? Nice.

Does it come with the Bosch knock sensors too?

Thanks man. I was just getting ready to PM you to see if you had it for some mounting ideas. I'm thinking between the driver and passenger foot conpartment on the shelf that is back there.

I didn't know it didn't come with the sensors, tired of buying things for this project. Wish I didn't have a mid November deadline to get to Chicago.

Is it recommended that I rewire my wideband so that it uses that dedicated ANv11 block? As it sits I have the white voltage plug dropping from my wideband down to the ecu. I Daisy chained the power and ground to all three in my A pillar so that would be semi easy to change also. I'm stepping out on a limb but I'm guessing those pins can power 3 gauges on and off.

It is great how simple this is to replace though. I'm going to leave carpet and crap out till she's fully tuned

Thanks man!! I had hemmed and haw'd about it, and figured that before my girlfriend moves in with me in two months i should get all the parts that I'd be talked out of now while I can

But in all seriousness I know the stock ecu can do it, but this computer will last till I drop it, or so something stupid, microprocessors don't wear out often thankfully. I just like everything it has to off to protect my motor, and all the slight advantages it has. I mean if it keeps Bariga smiling it has to be worth while

I'm confused. You're selling your kit? Or you're saying it is still 3-6 months before they are coming out?

I don't know where you can mount the knock block but I'd probably try and put it in the glove box or somewhere you can access it readily so you can hook up the headphones.

I'm still running the Link onboard knock sensing with an aftermarket Bosch knock sensor.

I think I'll do that. Not like I need to worry about much else in there. I keep insurance / registration in the ash tray. That will keep the wire lengths down also.

It doesn't feel that fast though haha

That's awesome, we'll have to try to meet up before Chicago ..

That doesn't look like mud to me! Looks nice and shiny.

Springs are not too bad. I did the tool loaner deal from advanced and used their spring compressors. Worked fine. Hardest part was busting the nuts loose on the struts.. when I changed mine my struts hadn't been moved in 155000 miles.

Thanks yeah they are in nice shape and they are beefy well built struts! They are on their way to Odi at Feal Suspension for a rebuild then install and re-align with some trick bits.

Sorry, I meant changing the waste gate springs not the struts. Struts no problem. I know your WG room is tight but I think you may want to run a 1 bar spring in them even for breakin.

Oh okay that's cool. Ill be curious to gear how they are, heard its nice.

Haha - oops. I think ill be able to get it, otherwise ill add the stiffer springs when I pull the motor back out to re torque head studs. Mike @ built suggested this and then using boost control to get more than 5psi if desired. I'm still on my first round of maps so maybe Dominic will give er a little more the next set. I sent him the first round of logs today - I thought I had some knock, but i goofed and was looking at the wrong column.
