Paul opened a new company that does exactly this.

I wish for the life of me I could remember his company name...I'm sure they will point you in the right direction to get a hold of him.

There us Brian at iWire that performs harness merges. My buddy recently had his Forester harness merged to an '02 STI harness by him.

+1 for iWire. He just did the harness for my 98 Legacy EJ205 swap. Car started on the first turn, and his communication before, during, and after the job was outstanding.
