Default 2011 Epic Lowering Springs $200 (sedan or hatch)

Know what, these are not for sale. They'll be thrown in the trash. I don't want someones strut blowing out because of these springs. Especially also because of their poor customer support.

Check out Matt from Epic's email to me after I emailed them about the issue I had:

epic engineering strut post
hi,

I removed your post from the Epic Engineering Springs review thread. You stated in that thread that the springs blew after 800 miles, but then in your forsale thread, you claim it was a pothole.

sorry, but you can't have it both ways.

-matt

"Sorry, but you can't have it both ways?" Seriously? Thats how you treat a customer who wasted their money on your product? Do they know how many potholes are in NYC? And how many I've hit before with no issues? And their springs are "supposed" to work with stock struts.

Product=fail.
Support=fail.

I'm not sure if its for your 2010 STI, it states on Rallysportdirect these are for 2011 WRX.

I did some research and according to a question asked by a potential buyer on rallysportdirect.com they are specifically engineered for the 11's as they had obvious changes in the suspension geometry and stuff. If it wasn't for that i would have bought these right away

Just an FYI, "Matt" is not from Epic Engineering, he is a moderator on NASIOC. As he stated, you can't review them saying they failed due to poor engineering and then try to pawn them off on someone else by saying in your original thread and this is what you put in your original post:

"I had on my WRX until I blew out my front strut on a mega massive pot hole. I have bought Tein SS coil overs, in the meantime so I have no need for the springs. "

So it either is poorly engineered and that's why you are selling them or you hit a pothole?
