They are indeed Autometers... Phantom series to be exact.

I was just having some fun with my D camera and noticed for the flashless "night" pics ... you have to hold real still while taking the shot...

if you dont hold still... it looks like someone dropped some acid in favorite drink.

(thats about the equivalent of a 250 shot Garface )
