Default Cosworth Shortblock 2.5L

I have a 2.5L Cosworth Shortblock up for sale in perfect working condition. Model# SB8005. The motor has a little shy of 11k miles on it since new. It was rebuilt shortly after installing due to me running E85 with methanol injection, the pistons didn't like that! The motor was rebuilt with new Cosworth 8.2:1 pistons, rings, and rod bearings, ACL Main bearings and the crank was polished. It has been about 6k miles since the rebuild. The specs of the parts used and work performed during the rebuild is below.

I'm selling it because I want to sell the car in the future and I won't be able to get any money for it still in the car. I replaced it with an OEM Shortblock while everything was out for a head re-refresh.

I had the shop clean it up, lube it, and pack it in the OEM shortblock box with the moisture guard wrap. Available to ship out now and ready to bolt in.

I'm asking $3000 plus shipping or picked up in Austin.
SOLD!

Notes: Oil used 5w50 Full Synthetic Eneos and later Schaefer's. Oil changes were done at 1500mi when on E85 and 3k otherwise. The motor was always idled until oil temp reached 180F before taking off. The car made close to 390whp and 400wtq on E85 with a bolt in ATP 3076 EWG at 27psi. Same dyno an average stock STi makes 200-210whp.

I roughly have 1500 to put into my 2.0 I know that's way off from what you want...why aren't you using this?

I plan on selling this car and thought it would be easier to part out or just sell with a stock motor and recover some cash by selling the race block.

I thought it would be easier/faster to sell this block, but now I wish I just kept it in!
I feel like running E85 again and pushing 400+whp, but can't do that on my new oem block safely!

It's not the billet crankshaft, but its the Cosworth treated oem one that came with the Cosworth block.
