Good point.

His legacy as F1's serial-killer is undiminished IMO. His name in the record books cement his legacy me thinks. Seriously, he's old, having a good time and being paid to drive exciting racing cars.

I advise you to re-read it, then. He talked at great length about the three chaps he was speaking with regarding the situation and these bahrainis, who are part of the silent majority uninterested in violent protests and simply go about their own businesses - understanding that it takes time to fix government.

I've read it.

His views are still that the race should not have taken place, due to the political nature the race found itself in. That is still the case, regardless of the 90% that, as you say, simply go about their business.

Completely agree, I never thought I'd be wishing him well in races. Maybe I'll feel the same way for Alonso in 15 years.

Right now, I'm disappointed seeing Vettel win. I was equally as excited to see Alonso and Rosberg win this year as I was with Jenson. It refreshing seeing someone else on the top step.

Same here. I don't want to see him (or Vettel or anyone else) dominate the sport again but I wouldn't mind seeing Schumacher win at least one more time.

Rosberg has 73% more points than Schumacher. Schumacher had 39% more points than Brundle in 1992.

That's misleading as hell. 2010 was his first year back, and definitely got stuffed by Britney. 2011 was significantly closer (89 v 76). This year is still young, but you have to figure Schum's luck will change.

Mr. Gregg: You're ignoring 2011. And 2012: zomg ROSBERG has 2500% more!

Manhandled is Alonso v. Massa. Moving on.

Heikki dragged that caterham to within .8s of the Williams of Senna during his Q1 lap, which is almighty. This lap was within one second of Kimi's time. Petrov was a second slower. While we expected better of caterham, one must also account for the strides of the other mid-field teams (obviously he beat JEV and MSC as well) and see that theyre doing quite well. Heikki has got to grab a point soon. We will see what comes of the Mugello test.

Someone find the qualifying stats of Rosberg vs Schumacher...I don't feel like digging it up. If Rosberg has qualified ahead over 50% more times, then I am deeming it "manhandling." No ifs, ands, or StuBecks.

What is the purpose of this witchhunt? Taking shots at the GOAT doesn't make Fernando "all da time you musta leava space, hookay??" Alonso any better.

Idk. why dont you, instead of just looking at the numbers, have a look at what happens on track when MSC gets close to ROS. 9 times out of 10 the boy sticks his tail between his legs and MSC gets through.

Can we talk about Caterham?
