Default Getting cams for my STi?

Hi I have an 06 stage 2 sti with an invida catless dp and hks carbon ti

I kinda want to get cams for my car but Im wondering if it would add much performance and would it affect engine life?

Hks carbon ti,

I may get a high flow catted downpipe and stock exhaust to make it look stock to cops and pass the sniffer test but im not sure

Cam are high cost, minimal gain @ stage 2 power levels. You are better off with a header, turbo inlet, intake, ect...

No cams needed until you get a higher flowing turbo.

i made 540whp with stock cams on my 07 sti and didnt stop at that point because the cames were a restriction, the sleeves were.

Stock cams will not be a limiting factor on the stock turbo. Upgrade your turbo before you even consider cams. No need to open up the motor where you are at mod wise.
