Hi Mike,

Sorry for the troubles you've been experiencing. Is this an AccessPORT version 1 (black brick looking device) or version 2 (gray with color screen)?

A version 2 AccessPORT will be able to overwrite the current version 1 install. We do offer a $200 credit towards the purchase of the version 2 AccessPORT when you trade in your version 1 (working or not). Details here:

They are $595, not including the $200 AP v1 trade-in credit.
