Default Cobb acessport questions

I have a few questions before i purchase a cobb accessport tuner.

One can you disable codes with an add on map or street tuner with cobb ap stage 2

and second if you can disable codes does it show a status readiness for inspection.

The AccessPORT does not manipulate any of the emission readiness functions of the ECU. If you have an AccessPORT version 2, free AccessTUNER Race software would allow you to disable trouble codes (for off-road use only).

it would be ready. in simple terms, the ap changes the acceptable limits for easier and more flexible tuning, with no check engine light. wow that sounded like a commercial.

So , you're saying atr will allow (off road use) readiness monitor manipulation? That's the point I'm stuck at on deciding wether to stick with an ap or go another route.
