Default Burning oil by turbo

Please Help, I seem to be dripping oil by the turbo. I tightened the gaskets clamp, seems to have stopped but I still have a oil burn smell each time I drive. Can anyone else give insight as to why I am leaking oil by the turbo
Thanks

This is the pre-2002 factory turbo forum. What year model do you have? Is it a 2005 WRX? You might get better help posting in the correct forum?

As for the continued smell after tightening your clamp. Did you bother to clean up all the old burnt oil after you fixed the leak? If so then you didnt fix the leak or you have a new leak. Process of elimination. If not use some wd40 or other degreaser and Clean off the burnt oil. I HAD an oil line leak on my oil cooler. I FIXED my leak. I continued to smell oil until I cleaned up the mess from the oil leak. Oil smell gone.

I also have a burning smell after driving and it's not the valve cover gaskets (After I ordered them I actually went and double checked haha) Looks to me like it's coming from the banjo bolt that goes into the head for the oil drain. Anyone have that experience. This is on a 95 STI RA.
