no it isnt but the pis outlet has been spun to use on front mount it now is tord the fender and wastegate been re welded on works great clean charge pipe goes fight to fender no loop like wrxs inlet is still the same streight in under intake

your about the 5th person to ask so ill will let mine got for 25 shipped lol

... or you can go to home depo and get a package of door weather strip for 10-15 and some screws and you will have enough to make 2 lips incase the first on gets ripped.. cheap yet gets the job dont
