Default Fine knock learning?

I just installed my q300 CBE and ran a few data logs and i'm getting fine knock learning, What causes this and what should i do? I have a 2011 WRX with COBB SF intake, COBB downpipe and invidia Q300 CBE.

From what I've been told by Matt at Wicked Innovation, anything -2 to 0 is normal. Anything -2 to lower than that is something to be concerned about and this is being conservative.
