Smile 2001 Subaru Legacy Wagon L ~127,000 miles - $3550

The car is an automatic with ~127,000 asking $3550

We are selling only because we do not require a car anymore. Everything works great (power windows, door locks, A/C, Heater, etc) The inside rear view mirror is discolored. It has had regular oil changes (oil changed on 9/16/2011) and all maintenance is up to date and current. There is some surface rust above the rear quarter panels on both sides, and there is a dent in the driver side front fender. To pass MD inspection, a new windshield and tires would be required (per mechanic's suggestion). There is also a small oil leak in valve cover gasket. The mechanic said it would be $250-$280 to fix. The interior is very clean. Here is how I established the price for the car:

$4500 KBB Value - Fair Condition (KBB Suggested "GOOD")
-$250 New Valve Cover Gasket
-$400 New Tires
-$300 New Windshield

= $3550 Selling for $3550. Come take a look as the price is negotiable. Thanks for looking! Well maintained, Very clean interior, Runs & drives great, Non-smoker
