Having worked on the executive/corporate side of both products for a few years each, I would take the Embraers any day of the week. Embraer makes things so much more mechanic friendly than Bombardier.

Heavy Diesel Tech for a Fortune40 company. I work on piston engines that can make 600hp and 2400lbs of torque.

But I hate it. But it puts the most amount of money on the table for the family. Id rather have a happy family than a happy work life.

We've managed to stay quite busy. I do a lot of national work as well. I'll be leaving my current company in a few weeks for another environmental firm (private vs a huge public company) and they're paying me quite a bit more, plus a sign-on bonus, and much lower medical benefit costs. Can't wait.

That one is a Citation Ultra, so a newer Citation V basically. I also fly a II and V (both 500 series citations) regularly as well as a III (650 series).

Thats the sector I'm trying to get into right now. I search for internships everyday, but my between me not going to a 'great' school and my gpa being low, I have little to no chance of snagging something. I just applied for Google in their Finance department, but as far as other big name places, I'm not sure if I'll bother 'wasting' their time by submitting an application there. I want to work in the city, but obviously if something local comes up I'll try and get into that.
