My LG only has 3, I prefer the 3 over the 4.

Quick question folks, I've got the Nexus 7 and was wondering if there's a way to scroll to the top of the browser screen super fast, like the iPhone/iPad does when you tap the top of the screen. It'd be easier than having to manually scroll to the top of a large page. Also, I'm using the stock chrome browser.

Not EXACTLY what I would make (had I the ability to make a phone) but the size is spot on.

This. It's the new form factor that started with ICS. At first I thought it was dumb, but it actually works well and makes complete sense.

I looked at the Razr M when I was phone shopping for the wife last week. It was the same price as the Razr Maxx with a lot less battery. Didn't make much sense to me.

2000 mAh vs 3300 mAh

Smaller.

My Droid2 gets me roughly 24-36 hours per charge based on how much I use it. I liked the Maxx but it's so huge.ibcommentstellingmeI'llgetusedtoit.

Plus I didn't like the screen. The Razr HD Maxx was in the running but that won't drop until later this fall and my wife wants her upgrade now. As her line is a secondary line it has to get upgraded when I upgrade my line.

I think I'm gonna go the other way and get DIX

If Verizon does go with the name Droid Incredible X it could be the most unfortunately named phone they've ever launched. That said, with a quad core snapdragon, 5in 1080p screen and Jellybean they could make it pink and name it the Droid Tampon and I'd still buy it.

When you start scrolling, the title bar and nav should appear for a moment, long enough to click on. It disappears if you don't touch it.

The Opera Browser (if installed) has a button you can press to go all the way back up (or down) when you start scrolling in said direction.

Verizon doesn't work that way. Or atleast they didn't 2 years ago when I upgraded the phones/renewed the deal.

My wife's phone renews ~14 days after the rest of us. I upgraded all 5 lines together; her's was rejected because of that fact. I had to pay for it; they wouldn't give it to me free as I had already upped the main line (mine).

This year I know that's the deal so I am waiting until hers is good before I say "go".

I don't get why extended battery life is such a huge deal for people buying a phone. 24-26hrs battery life... what's the point? So you unplug it at 7am and leave it unplugged for 24 straight hours... so it's dead the next day at 7am, exactly when you need it again

Regardless of whether my phone lasts 14hrs or 24hrs, I'm still going to unplug it at the same time every morning and plug it back in at the same time at night so that it's fresh the next day. The only real difference I would see is that one would be at 40% when I plug it back in and the other would be at like 20%.

With my phone on an ICS ROM I get about 12-16hrs of life these days, depending on use. When my phone was on GB it got 14-20+. It really hasn't made a bit of difference in my life.

That's not how it was when I was on Verizon.

Dunno man. I've had Verizon since '97 and had the wife's line as a secondary on my account since 2003ish. We've always had different NE2(RIP)/discounted upgrade dates.

IIRC, back in the days of the NE2 it would expire if you didn't use it within a certain amount of time. But since NE2 is gone the way of the dodo I doubt that matters.

Battery life differs based on what I'm doing, where I'm at, and how old the phone(or battery itself) is. If I'm out of the house all day and using nav and Spotify streaming along with BT, my battery dies quicker. And battery is the not the same in a 3 month old battery as it is in a 15 month old battery.

Yep. She got it friday. She likes it a lot. She doesn't work at a desk like I do so she tends to drain her battery quite a bit. I've played with it a little. Seems like a nice phone, but I think I prefer the solid feel of my Rezound.

What 'solid' feel are you talking about? The phone is all one piece, unless you talking about the software.

I keep a USB power adapter plugged in my car's cig lighter. If I'm using Spotify, GPS, Pandora, or whatever for extended periods I plug it in.

The Rezound is about 20% heavier. It may not mean squat, but it feels more solid in my hand.

Because it has a larger battery that holds less charge.

I presume the weight of the phone. My wife prefers a heavier phone, she claims a "solid" feel.
