Says it will work with a 06 WRX so shouldnt it work with an 07? Also are there any disadvantages of tuning with the V1? I recently installed a 3" TBE.

The V1 AccessPORTs are vehicle and transmission specific. Installing the wrong one on your vehicle could brick the ECU, so I highly recommend NOT trying it!

The V1 is somewhat outdated and the new V2 AccessPORT supports live tuning and other great features the V1 just doesn't have. But if you already have the V1, you can use it in our trade-in program for a $200 credit towards a new V2!
