It looks like you are hitting the 300 g/s MAF cap that is in the factory map. Make sure you are reflashing your custom tune and not running it as realtime on top of another map. I would contact PDX and show them the log. Raising the MAF limit is easy to do in the tune, but you would need to check with them to see if that was intended or not.

Some of the long-term fuel trims (A/F Learning 1) are a bit extreme in that log. Could mean you have a mechanical issue with the car (intake leak, etc.) or that the tune for the injectors need more tweaking. Other than that, log looks good. Hard to tell what level of boost they were intending to run with your log - best to get with your tuner.
