Default Need help on what fluid to drop in my tranny to help synchros

I need your guys advice on what tranny fluid to put in...I have the OPPOSITE effect in my tranny then most of you...When cold my tranny shifts perfect, seems like the synchros are working great..the thicker viscosity helps my gears/sychros..then on the other hand...the minute the tranny warms up my synchros go to hell, sometimes i can't shift into 1st on a dead stop unless I rev-match it. I understand my sychros are going out...but what kinda OIL should i add to help ease the shift when warm? (By the way im running a 2002 WRX stock...with Subaru Extra S (5k miles since tranny oil change), & I live in southern Cali were its HOT!!!almost all year long)

Default still a little buzzed from NYE

The diamond in the rough fluid is Wal-Marts SuperTech 75W90 semi synthetic.

The secret? There dino fluid says can be used for fill of limited slips, while their syn-blend says top-off.

What does that mean? The synthetic blend doesn't have the slippy additives needed for a complete fill of a limited slip differential.
Slippery is bad inside a manual transmission.

BTW, synthetic fluids are no more slippery than dino. Most 75W90 and 75W140.. say they can be used for limited slips circa the past 10 years.

Before that most people had to buy an additive for such a rear-end. I bought my WRX new and it has 104K on it. It's had the wally stuff in it since almost new, has been stage 2 forever and I never have issues hot (98F) or cold (-2F) shifting fast at any RPM mark.

I've been advocated that stuff for a LONG time, it is by far my preferred trans oil, and one of the cheapest. I've never tried any other cocktails, no need with this one. I can still shift my stock '02 trans into 1st at a decent speed. I can even go from reverse to 1st while still rolling at a decent clip.
