Default Fuel Filler Neck Replacement

I was just at the dealer today to do my lower control arm recall, and they looked into my check engine light. It's a P0457, and they say it's from the fuel filler neck is rusted. Makes sense, I've been having problems filling up for a few months now.

They want to replace this and the filler neck valve. I found the part for the neck part (PB000944) but anyone know what part number the filler neck valve is? Is this everything I need?

Also, does anyone know how tough a job this is to do myself? The dealer wants $450 to do it.

before getting anything i would recommend actually looking at how badly the filler neck is rusted, because if it is really bad you will probably need to replace the other soft lines that attach to the filler neck and sensor from my experience. from that picture you need 7-8-9 and 13 as usually the sensor will also be rusty and break on removal. just take off the passenger rear tire and the cover. the difficulty of this job really depends on how rusty it is.

I just ended up taking it to a local shop. Can't beat $35 install for this

The dealer ended up shipping the shop #7 + #13.
