Just to make sure no one misses this i am making a seperate thread. Alot of us have discussed this in the Meet & Cruises thread so heres the plan,

2012 AKIC Meet & Greet

When? 1/1/2012 Sunday 6pm
Where? Bartlett Highschool
Why? Good fun, meet new people, take some pictures, and maybe hit up a near by restaurant for some good food.

So I gotta ask cause I'm having a mental blank where's a place that's open for a do it yourself car wash so I can get all the ice off......

The ones i go to is either the one on Fireweed by Rainbow Video, or on Dimond by the BBQ pit. The one in mt.view is nice too. Although recently i went to the Alaska Laser Wash thats pretty new on old Seward next to AiH and was very please on how clean my car came out. I was expecting spots, missed areas but it was throughly cleand

Wouldn't it be better to meet at a restaraunt nearby (Red Robin/Firetap) and then go to Bartlett?

Reason being, is it's farkin cold outside. I'd much rather hang out with friends inside, eat, drink and have a few laughs...and then go mess around outside. Not the opposite.

Plus, once you do a few donuts...Bartlett gets old after a few minutes. At least it's been that way for me and the people I've been out there with the last couple times.

well the original plan was to get together for some pictures, then the location was decieded (bartlett) and heck while we were there might as well have fun for a bit and since bartlett is close to places to eat then shoot why not. lol
