Sti spark plugs problem

So here is my problem, Car drives perfectly normal, for normal driving. I have no issues, However when I start punching it, my turbo spools up perfect everything sounds great, however when I start to get close to to the redline around 5k rpms, The car stutters, its like the power cuts out, and wants to kick back it, my boost is running at 21.5 and my boost gauge says 21.5 when im punching it. It has been awhile since ive changed the spark plugs, I just wanted to know if any one has had this problem before, and swamped out their spark plugs and the problem went away?

I was just driving the car around, seeing if the problem got worse for better information but it isnt getting worse, and it doesnt even stutter every time either, It does do it about 80% of the time though. Any tips besides " just change your spark plugs and find out" Those spark plugs are hard to get too =/

I should add, ive had no recent mods, running 354whp been tuned a year ago. Everything has been a beauty, it just happen one day when I decided to give it a punch.

Does it lack power at all. Throw the a/c on and see how the car drives.

boost leak....leak metered air and it gets rich......
