Crack it open and mail me the output shaft, bearings for these parts, transfer, tail shaft and center diff. Its only six bolts and i will give 150. They dont weight much and everything comes out easily. I pulled mine out while it was still in the car. You can the turn around and sell the rest to someone else. The front housing can be sold to someone who needs to swap from a push to pull type transmission

I'll even take the center diff if its blown as long as there are no crack in it. 2014219707 is my number and i'm serious because my car is ****ed right now
