Default 400+whp Turbo kit for 06-11 Civic SI

Posting for a friend and can stand behind the perfomance, condition and quality of these parts. Few members have seen the car and done some pulls with it on the highway (on my Starved Rock Cruise's).. Yes, thats the one!

k, so first the goodies:
This kit made 440wheel horsepower and 312 foot lbs of torque @ 14lbs of boost on a completely stock block 2007 Civic SI Sedan. (k20z3 engine)
All parts in kit were put together as part of the Swift Racing Technologies v1.5 Turbo C.U.T. Kit. Original cost was $6500 plus some
extras and upgrades that I put in (such as the heatwrap and turbo blanket). Compatible with all 2006-2011 Civic SI's.

I'm asking for $4000 + shipping OBO (OR BEST OFFER).
I accept paypal and cashiers/bankers checks
I'll accept personal checks, but i wont ship until AFTER the check clears.
I'm willing to also trade items + cash

*will only ship to lower 48

I'm looking for the following:
Full set of hasport mounts
17x9 or 17x8.5 rims that are lightweight and are not replicas (aka rota) (dont need tires)
Mugen rear diffuser/underbody spoiler

I did a full inspection of the kit so you'll get every little detail of it below.
Included:
Tubular manifold 4:2:1 design for K20z3 engine (fits sedans and coupe civic SI's)
DEI Titanium heat wrapped manifold
DEI Titanium Turbo blanket
Precision 6262 billet turbo .63 a/r
intercooler good for 450hp
2" intercooler piping and couplers and bands
HKS SSQV BOV
Tial 38mm Wastegate w/7 lb spring
38mm dump tube
AEM Boost solenoid from AEM Truboost (gauge not included)
3" Mandrel Bent downpipe w/ flexpipe
3" test pipe w/ bung for O2 sensor
Oil return line (with bracket to turbo)
Oil feed to turbo (with T fitting)
3" intake piping
3" Afe cone filter
Competition stage 4 clutch
1000cc SRT modified Bosch injectors
Walbro 255lph fuel pump

Need to know to make this kit work:
new ngk iridium 9 spark plugs (gapped to .022) $36 bucks for a set of 4
Flashpro (for tuning) (I've seen some on 8th civic running for $500)
tapped oil pan for -10an line, including angled brass fitting (must be tapped at angle off of oil pan) $10

What I suggest you should get/replace:
Hondata MAP sensor (if going over 10lbs of boost) around $100
Hondata boost solenoid ($70)
Wideband (such as the AEM wideband) ($120)
Boost gauge (varies $50-150)
Replace the -10an oil return line with new high temp line ($10)
Get new bolts where ever they are rusted with grade 10 bolts (or at least 8.8) (they're like $.30-$1 each and there's only a dozen of them)
Replace any of the rusted bands for the intercooler couplers with ones from ace/menards (about $1 each) just to make it look pretty and a bit easier to work with
3" 2 bolt exhaust gasket should be replaced ($10)
3" exhaust (anything smaller will restrict flow and reduce max power)
gasket that goes between oil return line and sandwhich plate on turbo ($3)

History:
I am the original owner and maintainer of the kit and car. I did a leakdown and compression test at 40k miles and was 205 compression accross each cylinder and 7% leakdown no variance. (Basically stating I had an EXTREMELY healthy and well maintained engine)

Original parts from kit has approx 40k miles on it with exception of some parts which I upgraded/replaced and listed below:
The following parts have 8k miles on it:
Precision 6262 Billet Turbo (upgraded from the original Precision sc4431e)
3" Mandrel bent downpipe
DEI Titanium blanket
DEI Titanium heat wrap on manifold
3" test pipe w/ bung for O2 sensor
Competition stage 4 clutch

Following parts have 18k miles:
Turbo Manifold
dump tube
oil return line and adapter

The bad:
There is also a 1x2mm hole on the intake piping before the turbo (this pipe only sucks in air, never sees boost)
The kit is a bit dirty but fully functional (but lets be honest its coming from a car thats been outside

Extras:
I have a stage 5 competition clutch that was on the car for 3 days and 500 miles (all highway). It's so new that it still has that original topcoat that is still rough on it. I got it for $400, I'll let it go for $380 OBO. (alignment tool and original box included)
I also have the OEM chain tensioner with 68k miles on it. I inspected it and it has no bad teeth and spring seems to be in great condition. $70 OBO.
I can also send calibration files, but the fuel part would need to be tuned a LOT if you dont have a fuel return
