It doesnt seem like many people are interested in this, but for the few of you that may be, I will be doing a full review on these headlights. My Internet gets installed on Monday so pics will be up then.

I am VERY pleased with the lights!
Quality = 9/10
fitment = 10/10
light output = 10/10
beam cutoff =9/10

If you don't mind the look of the 3 led accent lights or the angel eyes I would highly recommend these to any bugeye owner looking to get projectors on the cheap.
They were quick to ship, packaged very well and not a scratch on em. I personally think they look great on the car as well.
Being that they are eBay lights I was very skeptical to purchase but I'm glad I did! I didn't even try using the supplied 9005 bulb supplied and just used my already installed 6k hid bulbs. The light output is fantastic! Nice and even with no spotting on the ground whatsoever. The beam cutoff is pretty damn near perfect, it seems to curve up a little on the outsides but not by much. They came almost perfectly aimed out of the box, just had to adjust the passenger side up about 6 inches.
All in all these are well worth the 320 I paid for them IMO and I highly reccomend them if you are looking for a nice cheap lighting solution for your hid project. :-)
Pictures to come soon!!

Anyone know if this one, by the same vendor, is any good?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/02-03-SUBARU...item45ff927dcb

Looks like a stock-style, rather than projector, but with blacked out housing.

One of my plastic mounts is all busted, and I can't aim it properly any more, and I'm assuming this set is cheaper than getting one new one from the dealer. Plus even the "good" one is pretty fogged up by now from UV.

the only problems i have had with the lights thus far is:
1. The angel eyes seem to be kinda dim IMO (cant really tell in the pic)
2. Had to reseal the passenger side housing due to a very small amount of condensation.

Yes they are. i modified the little part on the back of the projectors to hold h1
6000k bulbs that i already had installed. otherwise you would have to use a 9005 hid kit to have them fit without any modifications.

I have these, they aren't bad, but they aren't projector either. If you're looking for a quick fix, they're perfect. Just don't buy the hid kit some of them offer with it, they're absolute s***.

To the OP: is there anyway to not have the halo turn on? I'd rather just leave them out. Otherwise I can dig it, I'm really impressed with the cutoff myself. Think I may try these instead of a retrofit.

i dont have hi-beams cueball89 (havent had highs since i had a front end collision a year back)
Vlad- the last pic not good enough in a lit garage? ill post more if its not haha.
03Rextacy- No there isnt a way to turn them off, but the solid red wire and black wire coming out of the back of the housing are the two wires powering the angel eyes, im sure you could wire a switch in there or just cut em

Good enough for me. I'd rather just completely exclude them, or have a way to turn them off should one go out.

yes, first photo was a advertisement style. Garage was semi-dark.
I am looking to see if the black housings look cheesy in plain light. This would be a photo from the front, if possible with little to no reflection from the plexy cover, please.

I made a mistake of buying these eBay headlights (it was called, "JDM black style headlights"), which had horrible lighting pattern and fitment. I returned it the next day.

I bought OEM headlights instead and can't be happier.

im assuming its the exact same headlights that someone already posted a pic of earlier in this thread asking me if they are any good. there are already threads covering those on nasioc saying to stay away for that exact reason, poor fitment and poor light output....notice that i told him to get oem instead. for reflector housings you arent gonna get any better quality than oem. These PROJECTOR housings are however one of the rare gems on ebay to add a little uniqueness to your bugeye if you are looking for a good quality HID solution. dont be one of those typical ricer d-bags that puts HIDs in a reflector housing and blinds everyone.

Very interesting! The cutoff looks very good, I'd like to see a picture of the output though.

Still thinking about doing the FX-R retrofit but these might be a viable option

Snowed in today so sorry no additional pics guys...
You would be happier with the looks and output of the fxr retro, but this is a cheaper solution haha.
As far as output, do you want a picture looking forward out of the car down a long road?
