Very cool. I have never seen anyone keep the clock and mount a remote display there. It's always been one or the other.

Nice. The lack of a hood light has always frustrated me as well.

Nicely done. Your fab skills are a lot more refined than mine so until someone sells premade covers, I'll be sticking with my ghetto setup of 3m outdoor tape next to the seat lol.

I upgraded my TMIC to a XO2racing one, so I opened up the hole to get more air onto it. I also installed a STI hood scoop to maximize air onto the intercooler. I didn't use that air diverter piece either. Because that piece isn't being used I noticed there were a lot of areas where air would just flow through the gaps and not onto the intercooler. To remedy that I busted put the duraglass and rage body filler. I don't have any build pics of this because I did it years ago and didn't save the pictures. Sorry. But I have the next best thing. Finished pics! I also installed some led's into the holes that are already in the metal plate for under hood lighting. They are tied into my sealed Alpine hood pin switch. Anyone that has ever seen one of these mythical hood pins loves them.

I cut open the hole and bent the metal down so I could mount some kind of gasket for an effective seal against the intercooler. You can see where the original hole was from the gap in the metal.

You can see one of the led's in this pic.

I used one of those home door gaskets that prevents drafts as a gasket for the top mount. I used stainless steel 4mm allen heads to mount the gasket to the metal. You can see them in some previous pictures.

so I know this might not be unique in any way but here it is...
I airbrushed philips head screws and rust on my dash, made a shift knob in my machining class at my high school, and made the shifter bezel ring out of 1/4" aluminum... but its a pretty good accomplishment for an 18 year old I think...

I know the grill doesn't fit right.

I would go with an STi Version1 lip since it is all a 1 piece lip and would flow better than the Version2 lip. Your bumper is tits
