Thanks! The car is a DD and I wanted a place where is easily accessible with out running it all inside the car. Just gotta pop the headlight out and its right there. Need to trim a few corners to get the box lid on but its a work in progress.

The shift boot of course, I usually ask for a dinner and movie before showing the latter, and most folks on NASIOC are too cheap for that

Thanks bud! I'm happy with how it came out, so no worries. Besides, we're all just kidding around here. Maybe except for Dale. He might have a thing or two for black nutsacks (I kid I kid).

If you're happy with it that's all that matters.

What is the purpose of this mod? I'm not super familiar with the blob eye, sorry if my ignorance is showing.

Just to relocate the fuse box so its hidden somewhere. Most just stick it in the fender well but I wanted somewhere I could access it easily if a fuse blew but its still hidden. This way I can just pop the headlight out instead of having to pull a tire and fender lining.

that's a good idea if you live in a warm environment. Live somewhere where it's cold/snows, and that's a terrible idea. Blow a fuse, and now you have to take your light out... in the cold, to swap a fuse.

What was wrong with where the stock fuse box is located?

I haven't officially placed the fuse box there yet, it was just a mock up. But it it looks like I am going to have to extend them all about 5-6 inches. I'll be sure to mention it when I finally get around to putting it all back together here in the next couple weeks.
