Default Cracked rim.

Hey guys this may be a noob question but I was told today after taking my car in to a shop to get some stuff done that my front right rim was cracked. Is there any way to fix it? If so who does it?

I think it depends on where it's cracked and what kind of wheel. I know wheel werks does it but I'm not sure of their reputation.
