Default Cobb stage 1 data log review

I have an '08 WRX with 30k all stock but the stage1 Cobb map and SPT catback exhaust.
This is on Chevron 92 octane fuel and the standard stage 1 map
Temp was 32 degrees.
Wife was in the car only ran up to the posted speed limit

Log looks good. Boost is a little slow to build. You could possibly try the high wastegate map to see if that improve things. You can download the high wastegate (HWG) map from our map repository (and then transfer to the AccessPORT with the AccessPORT Manager software):
http://www.cobbtuning.com/info/?ID=3061

If you do reflash the HWG map, try to get a longer run (i.e. higher RPM), if you can do so safely.

Bill,
Thanks for all your help.
The car boosted slightly higher before I switched out the stock CBE for the SPT catback.
Is it normal for peak boost to go down when a CBE is added?

Heres another slightly abbreviated run with the 91 octane hwg map (I'm old and this took me over 80 in a 70)

When you reduce exhaust back pressure, it can change how boost control reacts. This log looks good, but we don't want you to exceed the speed limit just to get it. We want you to have fun but be safe!
