Default 2007 OBP STi with E85/93 tunes

Putting some feelers out there. I'm thinking about selling my 2007 Subaru Imprezza WRX STi. The car is OBP with black powder coated BBS wheels wrapped with Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Start Specs. It has 108k miles on it and is daily driven right now.
The interior is in excellent shape: 9/10.
Exterior is in good shape. Some rock chip on the hood from being daily driven: 8/10
I am the original owner of the car. All oil changes were performed every 3000 miles, all services (30k,60k,90k,105k) were completed on time and are documented. All tire rotations, alignments, service, etc, is documented in a binder I keep with every single receipt. A new battery and front O2 sensor were replaced 2 weeks ago. Still running on stock turbo and stock motor

Modifications include:
Cobb Accessport V2
Helix catted exhaust
P&L Street series catback exhaust
Grimmspeed up-pipe/Tial 38mm EWG
Process West TMIC and splitter
P&L intake
P&L EBCS
DW 1000cc injectors
Walbro 255l/h fuel pump
Perrin turbo blanket
Prosport gauges (Oil pressure, Boost, EGT)
AEM UEGO wideband O2 gauge
Rally Armor mudflaps
Whiteline 24mm adjustable rear sway bar
Kartboy rear endlinks
Powerslot Slotted brake rotors
RCE Yellow F/R springs
HPS+ F/R brake pads
Goodrich brake lines
Wingless trunk (swapped with an OBP RS)

Custom Tunes by Patbotti Tuning (Phatron) for E85, E75, 93

I am listing the car up for $18.5k but am willing to entertain offers. Please no lowballs, I am by no means deserate to sell.

The car runs very well. Airboy dynoed 374whp/366wtrq

There is nothing wrong with the car. I am looking at getting into something new and changing it up after 4 years of ownership.

Car was traded in at Patrick BMW in Schaumburg, IL this week. I happened to stop by there today to drop off the extra key and valet key. They did an awesome detail job! I hope an enthusiast ends up buying this car and not some punk kid

Too late. Done this week. It was a bit painful seeing her all cleaned up and looking sharp when I visited the dealership.... but stepping into the M3 makes me forget all of that. The M3 is really such a great blend of performance and luxury. It feels so solid

Ron Watson (aka Phatron @ Phatbotti Tuning). Would recommend him without reservations. He's a stickler for details, and customer service is exemplary...
