Default Check Engine Light "HELP"

OK so I need some help...Shortly after installing my stock intake with cone filter adapter, I noticed my car at idle/stopped the RPM's intermittently drop half a grand then the engine kinda hiccups then pep back up, then a few miles after noticing the engine hiccups my check engine light came on. Im completely confused because I only painted the stock intake pipe/ put on an MAF adapter. I also checked all the vacuum hoses/ compared my step up now to what I had before via picture and its exactly the same. My check engine light came on shortly after working on my intake so I believe this is the source.

I thought maybe my MAF was dirty so I bought the cleaner, cleaned the sensor re-set my battery and after 5 miles the "check engine light" came on. Sstill at idle when Im stopped the engine will randomly drop rpms and hiccup, after the hiccup engine continues to run normal..it will repeat this while stopped. Today was a cold morning around 23 degrees, when I started my car I noticed a clicking noise at idle loud enough to hear over my exhaust/windows closed. The click at idle is slow like click.......click.....click! When I accelerate the click also accelerates to a click.click.click/ gets louder. I thought it was a belt but the sounds seems to be coming from the intake manifold or near there. Any Ideas? Thanks

THIS IS MY SETUP

So what is the code? You did have it checked didn't you? WHat happens when you put the stock box back on?

There is an order of things to do in this situation and asking on a forum as to what the problem is, is a bit down the list.

haha typical Nasioc douche response ...Nothing in your response was helpful
..The Code came back [ P0106 generic manifold absolute pressure/baro sensor range/performance] I was told it was my MAP sensor causing the Error..but Im not sure whats wrong with it, does MAF section on the intake orientation matter? Like if its pointing up,down, to the left? Again the check engine light came on right after I installed the stock intake...all I did was paint the pipe black and put the filter adapter on. Any ideas ? I was told a new sensor would be $300.00 which I really dont want to buy
