Default New to the game! My 2009 WRX

What's up everyone my name is Andres and i just purchased my first Subaru. I used to own 2 1997 Acura Integras and most recently a 1997 Audi A4 as fun and comfortable as they were they are nowhere near as fun as a Subaru to drive. I drove my buddy's 2007 STI last year and ever since then i knew i had to have one now im on here with a 2009 Subaru WRX its in bad shape but it has only 25,000 miles!!! so heres some pics and if anyone can point me in the right direction id very much appreciate it!

if anyone can tell me of some good for sale threads id be very grateful!

UPDATE!!! bunch of new pics unfortunately my trans went out =/ so its been sitting for 2 months anyone with a trans for sale please let me know!

love the car and color, just like mine...i really don't want to see mine in that shape though...

also, if you're going to have to replace your passenger side headlight, i'll take that one off your hands, i don't care about the lens as long as the interior reflector part is intact...

From what I can see he will need:
-Hood
-Bumper
-Front grill
-Front left quarter
-Rear left quarter (possibly, looks like it might be damaged)
-Rear hatch window
-Front left suspension
-Front left headlight (possibly)

Should be a good deal though, not terrible.

Sounds like this may turn into two separate projects. One to get the body/frame sorted out and the other to get the engine and possibly the transmission sorted out. Do you plan to drop the engine/tranny and work on the body/frame? Might help you find hidden damage.

essentially yes but im hoping and praying the hidden damage is fairly well to fix everything else seems in good condition only the driver side of the vehicle is damaged. first things first to check if in fact the timing belt jumped a tooth and second see if there is valve damage.

If the timing jumped, and you have bent valves (added to all the body damage) its going to cost you almost as much to have just bought one used.

Better check the build date on your 09 WRX.
The 09 are known to have engine problem during a certain build period.

You lucky ****, that's a really good deal.
Mine looked like that I got it, took some time, but saved a lot of money.
Congratulations, and good luck!
