Yea they have a good product but contacting them is a real challenge. His headers are a nice quality piece. Many write ups on Maddad on Nasioc. Here's a number that will help you get in touch with them 978.401.4624, they produce all items in custom batches so plan ahead for some downtime.

Way overpriced, 1200 for a catback is just awful.

This is one of the other ones I was strongly considered. Almost bought one locally but it sold just before I made up my mind. Looks to be a very nice exhaust. If you're paying full price I still think I'd opt for the Greddy.

The Greddy, MadDad, and ARK that have been mentioned recently are all in this price range.

Ark doesn't have even flow and that's what turns me away from it.

Well the Greddy Ti-C only flows out of one side and it seems to do fine

Honestly doesn't worry me too much. The build quality looks great.

My preference is the MadDad Essentials Street Series (only $1000 right now):

http://www.daddysscp.com/product_p/mdstrcb-sti.htm

I only mention this brand because it sounds like you hate drone, and these exhausts are designed and built to specifically combat drone. The Whisper is quieter than the Essentials one from what I understand, and both are drone-free.

I think there are some threads about them on IWSTI.

Sooooo.....

Ark - un-even flow
MadDad - Bad customer Service
GReedy - No complaints, low drone, highest price

Still leaning towards GReddy, just wish it was lighter though. I know its a dumb thing but the invidia weighs a ton too!

+1 for Greddy Elite.

BTW, did your BaysonR front lip come with the STi sticker and slot? Or did you add that yourself?

Well, rsutton has the Greddy. Maybe you can get the MadDad and I'll get the ARK.

Then we can all compare

Eh... a little too quiet and restrictive for me. I just want the exact Invidia sound without the interior drone.

My lip from BaysonR came with the tiny badge. Sometimes they include it in their eBay listing but lately it's not been included. I like it so I guess I got lucky!

Nope. The resonator in the mid pipe helps with that a lot.

That does look great. It seems like the tips get a little dirty in some of your other photos though. I think it would be worth it to clean them once in a while in exchange for tips that look that great. The only things I'm not sure about on the Greddy is the slightly smaller main piping. I wish they used the big piping like the Ti-C.

The only other unknown is the muffler. It's small, but you say it's quiet. That seems like a great thing, but worries me that it could be chambered and/or very restrictive. I still think it looks like a great exhaust, and based on my experience with the Greddy Ti-C it would probably be one of my highest ranking choices.

But I think I'm going to try the ARK. Very few people seem to have it. It's a interesting design that I think could flow well and have very little drone, but it is probably heavier than some of the other options. Or at least similar to the ones with the large, suitcase size muffler.

We were not getting any flow issues at my power levels. That is not to say that it couldn't at higher ones...just not around 400whp.

That's what I was thinking plus any extra clearance underneath would be helpful even if it's just 1/4"
Plus I don't see 400hp+ anytime soon for me.
