Over the weekend I took the "mystery" items and was able to take some real images of them. I wanted to post good images because for those who have ever looked for them know that there aren't any.

It was entertaining to see some of the guesses and for those who are savvy enough to search my Flickr and Photobucket account have already seen them. I'm in the middle of a larger interior project so they are not installed in the car yet but hopefully within the next few weeks I'll have them in. They run about $600 for the pair and if anyone is seriously interested in owning a set for yourself, PM me.

Those are awesome and I'd love to have them but I can't rationalize $600 for something I have that works fine. Keep up the work. Your car looks fantastic!

Nope, never lied. Can't control other members comments though.

I didn't want to mislead anyone but there were a few to feed the fire and derail guesses

Yeah, I didn't think there would even be a question of what they were. The box basically had the description plus the Subaru part number. I guess because it's a Jdm part number made it slightly harder.

Either way, in pumped to own them. Now all I have to do is get them in!

I wouldn't say I had a spare $600 laying around but I did have a very specific purpose for getting these. I'll explain soon.

Oh no, not doing STi seats. At least not until I can find the S206 Recaro seats at a decent price, even then I think I'd rather do Sparco or Bride so I'd be able to use a racing harness properly. You know, for all that seat time I have on the track, lol

Do they do the rear belts in red as well? Also for wipers, why not just pick up the replacement inserts?

lol im gonna go with dedicated. I have rear diff bushings sitting on my back seat and i wont even install them till I can lay of the driveway without freezing. that was for the picture on page 51 of you under the front of your car in the snow. Your car looks Great! Love the Dash! the 92x would look great with that material inside the car.

They do have the rear belts but only for a sedan which has different mounting points

Hmmmm, but now I'm obsessed with finding S206 seats.
These seats, red belts, full black/gray Alcantara interior... oh yeah

You can do it. Waiting is just gonna bug you.

I did TiC super shifter kit ( kartboy short throw, kart boy front and rear bushing, linkage bushing, pivot bushing), group-n trans mount, and TiC cross member bushings 2 weekends ago in Michigan when it was 15* F ish. Layers, gloves, hat and bright ass (hot) shop light it really wasn't that bad. I'm happy I did, winter months are too long for me not to work on my car, already I can't detail it (relaxing for me at least).
