In the meantime, for your viewing pleasure. I've added a new battery into the car a few weeks ago. No doubt, the strongest battery on the market. -12 degree temps and it'll crank over like a warm summer day

Cheers!

Just so happens I'm in the market for a new battery. This New England winter and All the new gauges, deck etc are really taking it's toll on the stock battery. Is that a marine based battery? I couldn't find anything on a automobile die hard platinum battery.

It's technically a re-branded Odyssey Battery so you'll find more specs (HERE) than at any diehard site. Most Sears auto centers will carry them and they run about $225

It's an absolute beast in the car. Almost jumps the starter too fast, lol

It's not a marine battery but a AGM style which if far superior to a gel or lead cell battery. It can take a shear beating.

Over the past few weeks I got this bug to tackle a new project for the GR/GV Impreza models. With the love for lime green stitching, I decided to tackle the steering wheel and I'm really excited about the result.

The wheel in the images below is already sold but if anyone is interested, let me know.

Thoughts?

Nice work! I saw the initial shots on your IG. Looks great in the cabin, providing a little contrast.

Thank!! Still debating on a full lime green conversion. It's doable but not sure if I'm ready to take the plunge. It's really bright!

I think doing the seats and the wrx lettering might be excessive, especially if you were to run the double stitch across the top of the dash.

I'm enjoying mine. It's not overbearing to look at. Idk how the steering wheel will look against the gauge cluster bezel though... hmmmm

Not much to look at, but it's part of the progression pics to the Alcantara headliner.

Happy Friday

It's a replacement. Came from a Nissan and had the same part number. Found it when I was searching for the red rear belts.

A local junk yard had the whole shade for $8. Still not 100% sure what car it came off of though.

Cool, thank you.
I'm re-redoing my headliner again and never got around to get the plastic parts black.
Originally had a granite suede but OCD drove me crazy with the direction of the suede flow,so I'm switch to a black knit.

Had an image I took of the cluster hood I made with green stitching before it was sold. Love it in the car with the matching wheel, shift boot, ebrake boot, and armrest.

Been going through your build thread for the past couple of weeks now and I must say I really how everything you've done to your car and your attention to detail.

You interior work is immaculate and I really love your cars stance.

Great work. Can't wait to see what you come up with in the future.

Makes me want to start my own build thread.
