self pnp stock collectors
GS crosspipe & up pipe, coated & wraped
Invidia catted DP
Cobb catback (best thing I ever bought for my car)

previous catbacks I used:

Invidia N1 resonated, liked it, deep rasp free tone, tad on the loud side for me. medium highway drone.
HKS carbon ti, disliked it, sounded raspy and high pitched when you get to higher RPM. terrible highway drone.

Tomei uel header w/ up pipe, invidia catless bellmouth dp, blitz nur spec touring cbe (not spec r) everyone mistakes it for the spec r. I've had friends ask if I was externally gated because of the sound.

Absolutely love it. A bit louder than stock inside, quiet idle, but from the outside its absolutely boxer music to my ears! From the outside, I could listen to it all day

Update for me: when I take delivery on Monday, my '12 WRX will have the SPT catback. I'll wait until break-in period is done, then I'll throw on my Cobb catted down pipe and Perrin TMIC. My new Cobb Accessport will also be delivered on Monday - I might take it to Stage 1 in the dealer parking lot!

Nevermind the belt squeal in this one, or my friends...

In person, you hear a LOT of turbo spool. Its pretty cool. Oh, and before any flaming starts about the graphics and stuff...YES, It is a race car.

I've had a few.

TurboXS catted TBE w/Magnaflow muffler - nice sound, just wanted something different
TurboXS DP w/catback adapter and Borla Hush CBE - nice, but a little too quiet
TurboXS DP w/catback adapter and Invidia race midpipe w/Stromung axleback - very nice sound but not loud enough

Currently have TurboXS DP, catback adapter with a Perrin Dual tip catback - deep, rumbly, and loud!

Megan Racing one piece headers & uppipe, Invidia V2 Divorced downpipe, Borla Hush catback. It's quiet when I want, but can get loud enough with wide open throttle.

HKS Carbon Ti, Invidia V3 Bellmouth downpipe, Borla UEL headers, UR up pipe... Sounds decent and bassy... On boost the Tial 44 wastegate opens and that's when things get indecent.
