It doesn't sound like the what you did caused it directly, unless you forgot to reconnect something.

First: Did your problem become apparent from the moment right after the install.
If this is true, then probably something you did during the installation caused this. Make sure everything is connected correctly(O2 sensors, disconnected the green connectors, etc.)

Second: Did your problems occur sometime after the install.
If this is true then you probably do have an misfire. Cylinder 1 and 2 are the two cylinders towards the front of the car.

Is your car is actually running rough? If it is all it takes for a engine to run is fuel and spark. There are three components to this, coil pack, injector, and spark plug. You can rule out injector and coil pack by just unplugging them while the engine is running. If the engine does not run any worse than it already is with the item you unplugged, then it is probably bad. If none of those are bad, change the plugs.

Given you have 2 misfire codes, Its probably something you missed during the install to be honest.

Can you give a complete list of all your mods? Any other check engine light codes besides the misfire codes?

Do you have an aftermarket crank pulley or aftermarket flywheel?

How did the car run prior to installing the DP and AP? Did you buy it used? How long did you drive it before installing the DP and AP?

If you have a local Subaru performance shop, I take it to them and have them do a once-over, especially since you already have evidence of prior mods. Misfires can occurs for any number of reasons relating to fuel, spark, lack of compression, etc. You can try uninstalling the AccessPORT - if the misfires go away, that means the prior owner likely has another tune on there which possibly disables the misfire codes and attempts to mask the mechanical problem.
