Candid shot my friend took of me And the car Sunday after her and I cruised all the way up to Cape Flattery, WA. GORGEOUS drive. Tons of fun and highly recommended to anyone in WA, thought final trail is not really lowered car friendly we made it up carefully.

I'm looking to go pick one up. the Dark grey with the black interior, 5 speed, 4 door. Every add I see says, "from $17,495". Did anyone actualy only pay 17,495???

Well 17,495 is the MSRP that shows on the Subaru site. You will probably find a car for that price + the destination fee but it will probably be the most basic impreza available no packages or any dealer or port installed options

It's pretty hard to find cause dealers always throw their stupid stuff on there. Like I have the base model but I paid 18 something cause they put the aero kit and dimming mirror on.

Just picked up a 2012 impreza sport limited Dark gray with Nav and sunroof, the following accessories I got at no.charge, dimming mirror with compass, all weather floor mats, body molding rear bumper applique. The car came from another dealer, but had the nav, and sunroof like I wanted. So think I made out pretty good.

hey guys can anyone tell me whats up with the side skirts for our 2012 imprezas ... i see some cars have em and some dont. some look like 1 whole piece some look like 3 piece. i personally have a 4 door and i ordered the strake kit assuming those were the side skirt kinda pieces i never got to see them as the dealer told me hey we got a part for you but its only for the sport model so well send it back and refund you cause it wont fit??? someone clue me in please thanks ... i do have the mud guard things but id rather have something like a "side skirt" look wise you know thanks

The side skirt you're referring to is the strake kit which comes standard on Sport models. That's the one piece you're seeing. The 3 piece is the strake kit with aero splash guards.

Love SWP brother...that was actually my first color choice! Still debating on the Sport grill or to plastidip mine but some Enkei RPF1s in the future.

The sport models come with a side skirt (look at some pics of sport models vs your car) that's why they list two types of mud guards; sport (aero) and non-sport.
You might be able to get your dealer to order some OEM side skirts, then add the strake kit and aero mud guards for the "3 piece" look you were talking about.

Now, whether they fit on the 4 door, I am not sure, but I don't see why they wouldn't.
