Buy a magnaflow 2.25" muffler and 2.25" pipe and 2.25" resonator. Take it to an exhaust shop and you will have a sweet catback.

I prefer magnaflow .....so just find a muffler that has side inlet and center exit. Make sure its straight thru and similar dimensions as stock. As for resonator, ebay has obx's for under fifty shipped. Thata what I'm getting. U also can get four foot sections of pipe for under twenty bux shipped. I got 8 feet. I wanted some extra. Ill be getting it installed soon.

Bump

Hey guys, long time '05 WRX owner looking for help here and haven't been on NASIOC in years, thought I'd post it in the same thread. My brother has a '08 Legacy GT 2.5 and he's looking for an exhaust for X-mas. All the sites I used to go to are either shutdown or have nothing. I see eBay is still a popular choice. Any other sites you can share for such an exhaust or even choices? My searches have come up empty. Thanks.
