Legacy GT chassis

Hi, I finally found a spoiler other than factory for my Legacy GT (2001). I emailed the ppl to see if it would fit, and they said I have to check if my car chassis is BE5.

How do I find this out? I'm from Canada, and I have heard several model types already...how do I know which one mine is?

BC/BF - 91-94 Legacy Sedan/Wagon
BD/BG - 95-99 Legacy Sedan/Wagon

We're a BE5. If they say its for a BE5, then you're in good shape.

What wing is it btw?

The forum says the BE5 - JDM Legacy Sedan w/2.0L motor and
the BE6 - Legacy Sedan w/2.5L motor.

Does this matter since we have a 2.5L?

Oh, i'm getting it at a place called mxc racing, they are a dealer for Taka Kaira from Japan in Canada.
