Default Are these ok for tranny + diff change?

Hey im looking to change my tranny and diff fluid this week

Im thinking this fluid for my tranny:

How many quarts do i need?

Also for the diff i think im gonna go with the OEM subaru fluid how many quarts of that do i need?

I just wana make sure the tranny fluid i am going to buy is correct. My car is an 06 sti 6mt thanks a lot!
